Andy joined the agency is 2018 as a co-owner with Richard and holds a B.A. in Finance from Cornerstone University. He has over 10 years of insurance experience and has worked on the carrier side, captive agency and independent agency side and also been involved in over 30 insurance agency merger and acquisition processes. He brings a wealth of varied insurance industry experience to the office.

After graduating from Davenport University, Karla joined the agency in 1999. She stays busy outside of work spending time with her husband and 2 children, attending their sporting events, baking, and taking walks.

Joel has been in the insurance industry for 22 years as a claims adjuster and an agent. He holds a B.S. and a BAS from Davenport University. Specializing in real estate investment, he enjoys discussing the insurance related to those investments.

Richard is the 4th generation co-owner of the firm. He joined the office in 2003, holds a B.A. in Finance from Grand Valley State University, the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations, and a Certification In Non-Profit Board Leadership.

Kelly joined the agency in 2009, and holds a B.A. from Michigan State University. She has experience in both the agency and the carrier side, and has obtained the designation of Associate in General Insurance. Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog named Izzo.
